This policy applies to AISHA ENTERPRISES ("we", "us", "our"), located at S/F, X-200/4, Gali No-11, Brahampuri, North East Delhi, Delhi, 110053, operating the website www.aishaenterprises.in. By using our services or website you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Nature of our services
AISHA ENTERPRISES is an independent travel service provider that assists customers with flight bookings, reservations, changes, cancellations and seat upgrades. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines and other travel service providers. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline.
2. Bookings & pricing
All fares, taxes and charges are quoted based on availability at the time of enquiry and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Prices may vary due to airline fare changes, currency fluctuations and availability. We will confirm the final price before ticketing.
3. Payments
Full payment is generally required to confirm and issue a ticket unless a reservation/hold has been expressly agreed. Payments must be made through the methods we specify. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate.
4. Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the relevant airline and may attract fees and fare differences. Our service charges (if any) are separate from airline charges. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellations page for details.
5. Travel documents & responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents including passports, visas and any required health documentation. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from incorrect or missing documents. Please verify all traveller names and details before confirming a booking, as airlines may not permit name changes.
6. Airline responsibility
The carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline. Flight schedules, delays, cancellations, overbooking and service standards are the responsibility of the airline, not AISHA ENTERPRISES.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISHA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from airline actions, schedule changes, delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid to us for the relevant booking.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
