Service highlights

  • Made for families

Parents, grandparents, infants and children on one booking, with the age rules explained before you decide.

  • Fees shown first

Our service fee is listed separately from the airline fare, and you see both before any payment.

  • A person to talk to

Call, write or ask for a callback 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speak to an agent who knows your booking.

Why choose us

Why families come to us

Booking an international ticket for your parents or your child is different from booking one for yourself. We slow down and explain.

  • Patient explanations

No question is too basic. What a layover means, whether a stroller counts as baggage, how early to reach the airport — we answer it.

  • Infants and children

Infant and child fares follow each airline's own age rules. We check the traveller's age on the date of travel, not the date of booking.

  • Elderly parents

We can request wheelchair help or other airport assistance through the airline and tell you what the airline has confirmed.

  • Clear costs in INR

Every quote is broken down: airline fare, taxes, and our service fee. You approve it before we act.

About Aisha Enterprises

How it works

How a booking request works

Our online booking flow is still being prepared, so for now every booking is arranged with an agent.

  1. Step 1: Share your trip

Send us the route, dates and the names and ages of everyone travelling, exactly as written in their passports.

  2. Step 2: Get a written quote

An agent checks current options and sends you the fare, the baggage allowance, the fare rules and our fee.

  3. Step 3: Approve and pay

Only after you approve the quote do we ask for payment, through the methods listed in our payment policy.

  4. Step 4: Receive your ticket

Once the airline issues the ticket, we send the e-ticket and booking reference and explain what to check before you fly.

Travel support

After you book, we are still here

Plans change: exams move, a relative falls ill, a visa comes late. If you booked with Aisha Enterprises, we help you understand your options and talk to the airline on your behalf.

  • Date changes and cancellations quoted as airline fare difference + airline penalty + our service fee, done only after you approve.
  • Spelling mistakes in names checked against the airline's correction rules.
  • Seat, meal and assistance requests passed to the airline, with its reply shared with you.

FAQ

Questions families often ask us

Are you an airline?

No. Aisha Enterprises is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. We help you arrange tickets that the airline issues.

Can I book and get my ticket online right now?

Not yet. Our online booking flow is being prepared, and fares shown on the website are sample fares. An agent arranges your booking and sends a written quote first.

What does your service fee cover?

It covers the agent's time to search, explain, book and follow up. Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay. It is shown separately from the airline fare before you pay.

How do I pay?

After you approve the quote, we share the payment options listed in our Payment Policy. Please do not send money before receiving an approved quote.

What documents does each traveller need for an international flight?

Normally a valid passport, and a visa or transit visa where the country requires one. Many countries also expect passports to be valid for some months beyond your trip. We tell you what to check; the embassy decides.
