Seat & upgrade assistance

Seats and cabin upgrades

Sitting next to your child, getting an aisle seat for a parent with knee pain, or moving up a cabin: here is how we can help.

For bookings made through Aisha Enterprises. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.

Many fares let you choose a standard seat for free, while others charge for any seat selection. Extra-legroom and front-row seats usually cost more, and exit-row seats are not given to children, infants or passengers who may need help in an emergency. We check what your fare includes.

For cabin upgrades, the airline decides whether seats are available and what it charges. Some upgrades are a fare change; others are sold as a separate upgrade product. We quote the airline's price and our service fee separately.

A seat request is not always a confirmed seat. Airlines can change seat assignments, for example when the aircraft changes. We share what the airline has confirmed.

How it works

  1. Tell us your preference

Seats together, aisle or window, extra legroom, or a cabin upgrade.

  2. We check your fare

We confirm what is included free and what the airline charges.

  3. Approve the cost

You receive the airline charge plus our service fee and approve it.

  4. Seats confirmed

We share the seat numbers or upgrade confirmation from the airline.

Questions about this service

Will my family be seated together automatically?

Not always. Some airlines try to seat families together, but on many fares you need to select seats. We check and ask early.

Can we sit in the exit row for more space?

Only if every person in that row meets the airline's conditions. Children, infants and anyone needing help are normally not allowed there.

Is an upgrade cheaper at the airport?

Sometimes airlines offer upgrades at check-in, sometimes not. We can only tell you the price the airline offers when we ask.
