Our aim

We design this website to be readable and usable by as many people as possible, including older visitors and people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or larger text.

What we have done

• Clear headings and plain language.
• Text and controls with sufficient contrast.
• Pages that work with a keyboard and at larger zoom levels.
• Form fields with visible labels.

Known limits

Some documents from airlines, such as e-tickets, are produced by others and may not be fully accessible. We can read them out or explain them over the phone.
