Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyBookings are arranged by an agent. You get a written quote, approve it, pay, and receive your e-ticket once the airline issues it.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsYour ticket is issued by the airline and follows the airline's rules. Please check every detail as soon as you receive it.
- Service Fee PolicyOur service fee pays for an agent's work on your booking. It is separate from the airline fare and is always shown before you pay.
- Payment PolicyPay only after you approve a written quote, and only through the channels we list here.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyThe airline decides how much of a ticket is refundable. We tell you the expected amount before you cancel, file the request after your written approval, and pass on what the airline returns.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyA change costs the airline fare difference plus the airline penalty plus our service fee. We quote all three and wait for your approval.
- Baggage InformationYour airline sets your baggage allowance. Your quote shows it, and this page explains the points families most often miss.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureWe are not an airline and do not speak for one. We arrange tickets as your agent.
- Complaints Handling PolicyTell us what went wrong; we will acknowledge it, look into it and reply in writing.
