Your allowance

Cabin and checked baggage allowances depend on the airline, route and fare. Some low fares include no checked bag. Your quote and e-ticket show what is included.

Infants and children

Infant allowances are often smaller than adult ones. Many airlines let you carry a stroller or car seat, sometimes free, but the rules differ. We check them for your flights.

Different airlines on one journey

When a journey uses more than one airline, the allowance can change between flights, and bags may need collecting and re-checking. We point this out in your quote where we can.

Restricted items

Liquids, power banks, medicines and certain foods have limits set by airlines and airport security. Carry prescription medicines with the prescription, and check the destination country's rules on food items.

Extra baggage

Extra baggage is usually cheaper when bought before the airport. We can request it for bookings made with us and quote the airline's price plus our service fee.

Delayed, damaged or lost bags

Report the problem to the airline at the airport before leaving and keep the report number. The airline handles the claim; we can help you with the steps for bookings made through us.
