When to pay
We ask for payment only after you have approved a written quote. Please do not send money in advance of a quote.
Accepted methods
We share the accepted payment methods with your quote. Online payments are taken through a licensed third-party payment provider, and card details are entered on that provider's secure page, not on this website. All amounts are in INR.
Fare changes before ticketing
If the airline fare rises between your payment and ticket issue, we tell you and ask whether to pay the difference or cancel the request. If you do not want to continue, we return what you paid and confirm in writing how the money will reach you.
Receipts and invoices
We send a receipt or invoice showing the fare and our service fee separately.
Protect yourself from fraud
We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or online banking password. We will only ask you to pay to the accounts or links sent from contact@aishaenterprises.in, or confirmed by the agent handling your booking. If anyone asks you to pay elsewhere in our name, contact us before paying.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money leaves your account but we have not received it, or you are charged twice, send us the transaction reference and we will trace it with the payment provider.
