Group travel

Travelling as a group

A wedding abroad, a religious trip, a college tour or a big family reunion: one person should not have to manage twenty tickets alone.

For bookings made through Aisha Enterprises. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.

Many airlines treat bookings above a certain number of passengers as a group, with their own fares, deposit schedules and name-submission deadlines. The exact size that counts as a group varies by airline. We find out the rules for your route and write them down for the organiser.

We keep one contact person for the group, collect the name list in passport spelling, and remind the organiser of each deadline the airline sets. Where some travellers need different dates, we explain whether they can stay on the group booking.

Group fares are offered by the airline on request and are not always lower than individual fares. We compare and tell you honestly.

How it works

  1. Share the group outline

Destination, approximate dates, number of adults, children and infants, and the organiser's contact.

  2. We request group options

We ask airlines for group quotes and explain deposits and deadlines.

  3. Organiser approves

The organiser approves the quote and the payment schedule in writing.

  4. Names and tickets

We collect the final name list by the deadline and send e-tickets once issued.

Questions about this service

How many people make a group?

It depends on the airline. Some start at ten passengers, others at a different number. We confirm for your route.

Can a few people fly on a different day?

Sometimes. Airlines may allow split dates within a group, or ask those travellers to book separately. We check before you commit.

What if someone drops out after we pay the deposit?

The airline's group terms decide this. Some allow a reduction in numbers until a deadline; after that the deposit may be lost. We share those terms with the organiser upfront.
