Cancellation & refund assistance
Cancelling a booking and getting money back
Before you cancel, it helps to know exactly what the airline will return. We work that out with you first.
For bookings made through Aisha Enterprises. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.
Request a callbackContact usThe refund on a cancelled ticket is decided by the airline's fare rules, not by us. Some fares return most of the fare minus a cancellation charge; others return only certain taxes; some return nothing. We look up your fare and tell you what to expect before you decide.
If you decide to cancel, we file the cancellation with the airline and track the refund. Once the airline releases the money, we pass it back to you by the method set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, less any charges we explained upfront. Refund timing depends on the airline and the payment channel, and we tell you what to expect when we file the request.
If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, different rules usually apply, and you may be offered a free change or a full refund. We explain the choices the airline gives you.
How it works
-
Ask before cancelling
Share your booking reference and we check what your fare returns.
-
We explain the amount
You receive an estimate showing the airline's cancellation charge and our service fee.
-
You confirm in writing
We cancel only after your written confirmation, as cancellations usually cannot be undone.
-
We follow up the refund
We track the refund with the airline and tell you when it has been released to you.
Questions about this service
Should I just not turn up instead of cancelling?
Usually not. Missing a flight without cancelling can mean the airline cancels the rest of your journey and returns less. Talk to us first.
The airline cancelled my flight. What are my options?
Airlines normally offer another flight or a refund when they cancel. We tell you what the airline has offered and act on the option you choose.
Can I cancel for one family member and keep the others?
Often yes. The airline may split the booking first. We check whether that affects the fares of the remaining travellers.
