Changing your flight date or time

When you ask for a change, we first read your fare rules. Some fares allow changes for a penalty, some allow them free within a window, and some do not allow them at all. We tell you which applies to your ticket.

If a change is possible, we send you a quote made of three parts: the fare difference (if the new flight costs more than what you paid), the airline's change penalty, and our service fee. If the new fare is lower, the airline decides whether any difference is returned; many fares do not return it.

Nothing is changed until you approve the quote in writing. Seats on the new flight are not held while you decide, so the fare difference can move if you wait.

How it works

   Share your booking reference, the passenger names and the new date or flight you would like.

   We check the fare rules

   An agent confirms whether the airline permits a change on your fare and what it charges.

   You receive a quote

   Fare difference, airline penalty and our service fee, listed separately in INR.

   You approve and pay

   Once you confirm and pay, we request the change from the airline.

5. 5

   Updated ticket sent

   We send the reissued e-ticket and ask you to check the new date, time and names.
