Who is responsible for your data
Aisha Enterprises, trading as Aisha Enterprises, at S/F, X-200/4, Gali No-11, Brahampuri, North East Delhi, Delhi 110053, India, decides how the personal data described here is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we act as a data fiduciary for this data.
What we collect
- Traveller details: full names as in the passport, dates of birth, gender where the airline requires it, nationality, and passport or visa details where a route requires them.
- Contact details: phone number, email address and postal address of the person making the booking.
- Trip details: routes, dates, seat, meal and assistance requests. Assistance requests may reveal health information, such as a need for a wheelchair; we collect this only when you ask us to pass it on.
- Payment records: the amount, date and reference of your payment. Card details are entered on the secure page of a licensed third-party payment provider, not on this website.
- Website data: basic technical information and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Children's data
Families often book for infants and minors. When you give us a child's details, we treat you as the parent or lawful guardian providing consent on the child's behalf. We use a child's data only to arrange that child's travel, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or behavioural tracking. If you are not the child's parent or guardian, please tell us, so that the child's parent or guardian can give us the child's details and consent on the child's behalf.
Why we use it
- To prepare quotes, make bookings and send e-tickets.
- To pass your details to airlines and other suppliers who must have them to issue and operate your ticket.
- To handle changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- To send you information about your own booking. We send promotional messages only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your data only as needed with: airlines and their reservation systems; the booking and reservation platforms we use to search and ticket fares; payment providers; IT, email and hosting providers acting on our instructions; and authorities when the law requires. Airlines may send passenger data to immigration authorities in the countries you travel to. See our Third-Party Services Disclosure. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to complete your trip, handle any refund or complaint, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. A passport copy shared only so we can check a name is kept no longer than that check needs.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to staff who handle your booking, use password-protected systems, and ask you to send passport copies only through the channels we give you. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, complete or erase your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to. Some data cannot be erased while a booking is active or while the law requires us to keep it. Use our Data Rights Request page or write to our Grievance Officer, who can be reached at contact@aishaenterprises.in.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. Significant changes affecting how we use existing data will be communicated to you directly.
