Changes and Rebooking Policy

Scope

We handle changes for bookings made through Aisha Enterprises. For tickets bought directly from an airline, please contact that airline directly.

What decides whether a change is possible

The airline's fare rules. Some fares allow changes for a penalty, some allow free changes within limits, and some allow none. We check and tell you.

How the cost is worked out

• Fare difference: if the new flight's fare is higher than the fare you paid.
• Airline change penalty: set in your fare rules.
• Our service fee: for handling the change.

If the new fare is lower, the airline decides whether any amount is returned.

Approval before action

We send a written quote and make no change until you approve it and pay. Seats and fares are not held while you decide.

Name and passenger changes

Name corrections follow the airline's rules. Transferring a ticket to another person is usually not allowed.

Changes made by the airline

If the airline changes your flight, we share its offer and act on your choice. If we charge a service fee for handling it, the amount is shown to you before we act.
