Who we are

Aisha Enterprises is an independent travel agency based at S/F, X-200/4, Gali No-11, Brahampuri, North East Delhi, Delhi 110053, India. We help people in India arrange flights and understand what their booking includes. We are not an airline, we do not run any airport, and we are not connected with any government office.

Who we help

Most of the people who contact us are booking for someone they care about: a mother visiting her son abroad, a student leaving for university, a young couple taking their baby to meet grandparents. Many have never booked an international ticket before.

We take the time to go through passports, visas, transit rules, infant fares and baggage allowances in simple language, and we write down what we have told you so the whole family can read it.

How we work

Every booking is arranged with an agent. Our online booking tool is still being prepared, and fares you see on this website are sample fares only. Before we book anything, we send you a quote that separates the airline fare and taxes from our own service fee.

The airline decides its own fare rules, baggage allowance, change penalties and refunds. We explain those rules and act for you within them, but we cannot override them.

What we will not promise

We cannot promise a particular fare level, and we do not guarantee refunds or seat availability, because those depend on the airline. What we can promise is an honest explanation and no action on your booking without your approval.
