Service Fee Policy

What the fee is for

The fee covers the time our agents spend searching options, explaining rules, making the booking, and handling follow-up requests. It is our charge, not an airline charge.

Current fee

Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay.

Any fee for a change, cancellation, name correction, seat request or group booking is shown in your written quote before you approve it.

Shown before payment

Every quote lists the airline fare and taxes separately from our service fee, and shows the total in INR. You see the fee before you pay and can decline the quote.

Separate from the airline fare

Airline fares, taxes, penalties and fare differences are set by the airline and passed on as they are. Our fee is added separately and is not an airline tax.

Taxes on our fee

Where goods and services tax applies to our fee, it is charged as the law requires and included in the total you see before paying.

Refundability

Whether any part of our fee is returned when a booking is cancelled, or when a request cannot be completed, is always stated in your quote before you pay.
